Terms & Privacy

These terms govern your access to the Zyphr games, tokens, and website.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter these terms in your jurisdiction. Some features, including any staking of digital assets on round outcomes, are unavailable in restricted jurisdictions. You are responsible for the laws that apply where you live.

2. Your wallet & account

Zyphr is wallet-native. You connect a self-custodial Solana wallet; we never hold your keys and can't move your funds. You are responsible for your wallet, your device, and every transaction you approve. Keep your seed phrase private; anyone who has it controls your assets.

3. Tokens: $ZYP and Gem

$ZYP is the suite's main Solana token. Gem is an in-game reward earned by playing; Gem has no fiat or USDT redemption and its only onchain exit is deploying it in the Gem Mine. Tokens are utility items for the games, not investments, securities, or a claim on Zyphr. We make no promise about their price or future value.

4. Gameplay & risk

Some games let you stake digital assets on round outcomes. Outcomes are determined by randomness that is fixed after deposits close, and all pots, payouts, and burns settle onchain. Digital assets are volatile and staking can lose value, so never play with more than you can afford to lose. Past pots don't predict future pots, and nothing in Zyphr is financial advice.

5. Fair play

Don't cheat, exploit, script, bot, or interfere with matches, other players, or the contracts. We may suspend accounts, matches, or features to protect the integrity of the games.

6. Fees

Games may charge a protocol fee on entries or mining, disclosed in-app before you commit. Solana network fees always apply and are paid to the network, not to Zyphr.

7. Disclaimers & liability

Zyphr is provided "as is," without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost assets, missed rewards, chain congestion, wallet errors, or third-party outages. Smart contracts carry inherent risk.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the suite grows. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date; continuing to use Zyphr means you accept them.

What we collect, why, and the control you have over it.

1. What we collect

Your public wallet address and onchain activity within Zyphr; basic gameplay data such as matches, scores, and balances; and standard technical data like device type, app version, and anonymized analytics. We do not collect your name, seed phrase, or private keys, and we don't ask for them.

2. How we use it

To run matches and the shared economy, keep leaderboards and profiles, prevent cheating and abuse, and improve the games. We don't sell your data.

3. Onchain data is public

Transactions on Solana, including deposits, payouts, mints, and burns, are recorded on a public ledger that anyone can view. That data is permanent and outside our control.

4. Third parties

We rely on providers such as the Solana network, wallet apps, the Seeker dApp store, and analytics tools. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies.

5. Your choices

You can disconnect your wallet at any time, and you may opt out of non-essential analytics in-app. Because gameplay is tied to your onchain wallet, some data cannot be deleted once written to the chain.
